Join us on Thursday, 22nd January 1:00-2:30 pm to hear about digital health innovations with the potential to address key components of Neighbourhood Health identified by NHS England, including:
- Modern general practice
- Neighbourhood multidisciplinary teams (MDTs)
- Integrated intermediate care with a ‘home first’ approach
- Secondary care contribution to neighbourhood health
At the event we will hear from wave 1 neighbourhood health teams about their key priorities and problems to solve along with the 8 innovators that make up the Grow Digital Health Midlands 2025 cohort.
*Grow Digital Health Midlands is a collaboration between Health Innovation East Midlands and Health Innovation West Midlands designed to help innovators scale their technologies to address some of the most pressing challenges in healthcare today.

We will be announcing a funding opportunity at this event; the Neighbourhood Health Innovation Fund, which can support any Midlands NHS organisation to deploy one of the innovations we showcase on the day. More details will be shared at the event.
